I have been reading threads and i noticed a phrase called 4.0 bar and it seems very significant for Audi TT mod. Can anyone tell me more about that and where can I get one for my 2000 Audi TT 180 FWD??

The mod you are referring to is a 4 bar Fuel Pressure Regulator. The stock regulator is 3 bar (3 times atmospheric). You really won't need to get a 4 bar until you have put in the ****, Chipped, and several other mods before the 3 bar is not putting out enough fuel pressure.
