What is the k04 that is a direct bolt on for the 180TT / k03s and what HP gains will I see?

What is the k04 that is a direct bolt on for the 180TT / k03s and what HP gains will I see?
I remember reading about a bolt on turbo that was a variation of a k04 that could go right onto the 180's in place of the k03s without the need to upgrade anything else.
Realistically, what type of HP gains would I see? I'm not in the market for a complete stage 3 kit, but I want to get a bit more power and I was going to start shopping around.
Also, is that smaller k04 stock in any other cars?
