How about wrapping the entire shift box tunnel in carbon fiber? Pull the dash and wrap it in suede. How about a hood scoop with a functional intake? Like a wrx. How about a solid brass shifter bushing(that goes around the shifter rod. White round plastic part).

 

I like the idea of the functional scoop, however I want a heat extractor style. I think it would look good to have one extractor just behind the radiator.
