What a piece of crap!
I bought my TT 8 months ago, and it's worst car I've ever owned. What year does Audi think this is? 1914 or 2014? Vorsprung durch Technik! What a complete and utter joke.
Just returned from holiday where I drove around in a cheap Renault, and it was light years ahead of my new Audi.
Touch-screen Sat Nav? Yes. Audi TT: No
Reverse sensers with visual display? Yes. Audi TT: No
Automatic Mirrors? Yes. Audi TT: No
Automatic Lights: Yes. Audi TT: No
Automatic Windscreen Wipers: Yes. Audi TT: No
Cruise Control? Yes. Audi TT: No
Easy-to-use Infotainment system? Yes. Audi TT: Obtain degree first.
Audi has to be the most technologically impaired car manufacturer in the world. That they'd use "Vorsprung durch Technik" as their slogan is a complete and utter joke. I can't wait to sell my TT and get a car that, you know, has actually made it into the 21st Century!

What can I achieve?
- If anyone at Audi cares enough to monitor Audi Forums, then maybe they'll realize how far behind the times they are and what a lie their motto is?
- Let potential Audi customers know that they should avoid Audi like the plague. They can spend a third of the cost and get a better, more modern car.
I bought it because my wife wanted it. Yes, I was foolish enough to think that Audi would have, you know, arrived in the 21st Century and wouldn't be putting out cars similar to those from the 1950s. It is my bad for expecting Audi to be "Vorsprung durch Technik". But now I know that they're the direct opposite. Lesson learned, but it's easily amended by selling this piece of crap and buying a modern car.
Not sure what year TT you bought, but if it's new, it should have most of the things you're complaining about (at least if you're in the US)
As per Audi.com USA configurator:
-Auto lights standard
-Rain sensing wipers standard
-Cruise is standard (in fact, I haven't been in a new car over $17,000 where it isn't standard)
The infotainment takes 5 minutes to figure out how to use if you've ever seen anything more advanced than a radio in a car, and the Nav + system is one of the best I've used. Who cares if it's touch screen? The rotary dial is sufficient.
Auto mirrors-do you mean power folding? Because you bet they're power adjustable, and the rear view is auto-dimming.
Maybe you need to spend some time in the car or maybe read the manual to understand how to adjust the features to your liking (ie. lights and wipers).
