I got my wheel spacers Tuesday evening and promptly installed them. Here's a pic of the end result. I can't wait to drop the car some more. It still looks like a friggin' 4x4.

 

very nice. what is the width and offset of your rims? and what adaptors did you use?

Thanks guys. The wheels are Privat Netz's and they are 19 x 8 w/40mm offset. The spacers are H&R DR's in the front at 20mm and DR-A's in the back at 25mm.

Nate... I still think it looks like it's ready to go off-roading! [:'(]

 

From that pic it almost looks like stock height. A new spring install shouldnt be to hard, looks like you want something closer to 1.75" drop. You only drive the A4 in snow right?

 

Yeah... the Avant is the workhorse. The TT & S4 are summer cars.

 

then no reason to not drop it to where you like.

Thats not that low. ~1.75" drop will get you about that.
