ecs, mjmautohaus, napa, and autozone. Referbished (new element and used housing). You sure this isnt the reason the **** didnt work (as little as it does)?

after all the vags, diags, and such it still points to this..i have the **** off, 3bar back on, and everything back to stock, and it's still been hesitating under heavy load. cleaned the maf twice, still does it. i've done everything not to buy a new maf, but its come to this. if a new maf doesn't do it, i'm not sure what it could possibly be, except a failed ecu. Oddly enough, the cheapest is at the dealer..
napa is $255 and autozone $246

unplug your maf and drive it. If it runs better, you have a bad maf or the intake isnt connected (dont ask me how i know [:@])

My MAF went out the first week I got my car, and I unplugged mine and couldn't even tell a difference. If you cleaned if or got a new one make sure you clear your ecu of all codes. I got my new maf in and my car still was running shitty then the guy at autozone cleared my **** and it ran lke a dream.

My MAF went out the first week I got my car, and I unplugged mine and couldn't even tell a difference.
Then it wasnt your maf, it was a code.

Actually it wasn't my code because I remember when I first got the code for it I got my ecu flashed just to get rid of the annoying CEL. Then I put the new MAF in drove it, it felt the same and then got it flashed again and boom I was g2g.
