Where Are The Worst Drivers?
Any city in Korea. You maythink you have bad drivers in america...but you have absolutely no clue. Its like apples and oranges comparing the two though. Kind oif unfair actually.
Put it this way...here, they drive up on the sidewalks...they change into lanes that people are already in, the bustu turns over medians... Allthe while... they take blind corners (corners they cannot see around) at 40+ mph without even braking. They have many, many one lane roads... with cars parked on both sides of the road... and will still drive down the road with their mirrors tucked back (so they dont take them off) at about 35-40mph.
I've gotten used to driving here and have become accustomed to just pulling out into busy traffic knowing that they'll move out of my way or else i wont get out. They have 6 or 7 road intersections with no stop signs or lights. And yetthey'llhave a traffic light in the middle of nbowhere when there isnt even a cross street. You'll be driving down the highway...and there'll be a light... and the only cross street is a driveway.Yet they dont have lights or signs at intersections. They leave the little foam bumpers on the car that come with it from the factory...because they know people drive close and it'll keep some paint on the car. they double and triple park on roads... and when they park... they normally leave the car in neutral so if someone needs to move it to get out...they can justpush it back and then place it back where it was. In addition... almost all decent cars have one of two accessories:
A small embroidered pillow in the dash with their name and numberon it
or a LED projector that projects their name and number on the window in LED display.
This is so when someone side swipes their car...theycan call them and give them the insurance information since there are very few parking lots here and everyone parks on the road.
Trustme...korea is byfar the worst i've ever seen.
However, you did ask for city and state... so to be fair...I'd have to say Manhattan, New York Cab Drivers are the worst I've seen in the states.

The Washington DC areas has some very special drivers. Although it was in the south (Louisiana) where i saw someone stop on an interstate onramp to wait for traffic to clear up before they tried to merge. I HATE that bullshit!
I see a ton of Ohio drivers that clog up the expressways. I live in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. In NKY, the expressways are smooth sailing, you can go 85 easily, but over in Cinci, you get all kinds of bad drivers going 55 in the fast lane.
But the worst is when they come down to KY and everyone will be going 85 in the fast lane and then BAM right there in the fast lane is some bad Ohio driver going 55 and causing all sorts of problems. Sorry Ohio people, its just how it is in the NKY.

New Jeresy. On the Garden state, I had a lady come from the far left accross 4 lines trying to get off a exit & sided 2 cars. That really scared me. Then there's NY, I went to a 6 hour course just recently, I can't believe some of the questions men & women were asking & their twice my age!
Hey just to let everyone know the worse drivers are in long island in bayshore NY they are all spanish people without licnces driving all over the place, They have no idea how to drive and they still do. There is a accient daily, They make u-turns anywhere they will beep at you the second the light turn green, none of them speak english its bad.
normally I'd have to say LA, but its not really true that their BAD drivers... they're just all insane. however, since they're all insane, its actually not that bad, as long as you're insane, too, lol.
but! sarasota florida, baby. what do you do when you're losing your sight, your hearing and becoming slightly demented? you go out and buy yourself a pair of wraparound head goggles and a big-*** caddy, folks. I have watched grandmas plow through intersections, driving diagonally into 90 degree turn not to go left or right, but to smash into the brick wall between.
rather than a bunch of low-speed accidents, we have a fewer number of big ones. some old lady just drove her caddy into my brother's trailer and up into his truck -- destroying the truck, trailer, caddy and the '69 Camaro restoration (customer car) inside.
basically... here, if you see a cadillac, it's already too late.
