maybe they didn't put them back in the runners properly or they need a lubricant like silicone spray

Ive had that problem for a month, figured it was dirt in the little felt squeegees on either side of the glass, cleaned it repeatedly, and it did nothing. I've been waiting for a free afternoon to take apart the door and lube it, but magically it stopped yesterday. I'm still gonna guess it was dirt squeeking on the glass. Try cleaning the felt on the top edge of the door, and windex your glass. To clean the felt I wedged my finger down in there, and ran it back and forth to loosen up the dirt, and then blew it out with an air hose. A bunch came out.
