I found a set of PSS coilovers on sale, but they are for an MK4 Golf.

Would these fit My FWD TT?

 

The control arm designs are different which would lead me to believe the struts are different, so I'd say no.

 

Imessed up its a GTI '03.

I had my eyes on a set of struts and springs with the struts made from bilstein for ABT but someone else with a FWD TT Roadster got them
(Im not saying names tough)

I really dont believe they fit. I would talk to a manufacture for more info. Call stratmosphere and ask about the vmaxx or something

I figure Ill call/emial bilstein and find out for sure.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Bilstein is a little slow to respond via e-mail in my experience. I'm still waiting on a question I sent them regarding adjusting the front PSS9 struts a few days ago. Might be better to try calling ,or calling a shop that deals with Bilstein.

 

OK so I went online to see if the shocks would fit and this is what I found.

03-05 VW Golf uses same set-up as the 00-05 Audi TT Quattro
03-05 VW Golf-Gti uses the same set-up for the 00-05 Audi TT Quattro
03-05 VW Golf-Gti VR6 same as above.

This had me slightly confused because I know that there are FWD Golfs, when all that Bilstein had listed were for 4WD cars.

So I called there office got an answering machine left a message and waiting for a call.

I cant imagine that the control arm would be the same for FWD Golfs, as for AWD golfs, and Quattro TT's.

What do ou guys think?
