Default Wow, What a difference

Just got back,

Finally got some of my parts in, I did the Dogbone, Changed the oil, remounted my front plate, and put in BRK6E's gapped to 32 and damn.

Between the plugs and the dogbone it feels like a new car, and I descreened the MAF so I could clean it due to throwing codes. It's a hell of a difference, my plugs were the stocker's and they looked fine, however they had 47,000 miles on them.

Car is running strong, time to go clean it now and take some new pic's

Oh, the dogbone poly mount is insane, I get a little more engine feel through the steering wheel now, and I can hit the 1-2 hard shift perfectly every time now, best 30 bucks I've ever spent on a car, period, and that included shipping over here.

yeah the dogbone mount is awesome but you will still get some slop feel till to upgrade all the mounts.

i'm gonna order my VF engineering motor mounts here soon. been told they are awesome after the 400 mile break-in period. 360 for some mounts...better be worth it.

do you have a link to the dogbone you purchased?

as suggested in a previous thread of mine, the dogbone would get rid of that 1-2 crunch.

that would be the greatest

www.electrodyne.cc

It was the cheapest I found andI didn't need new stretch bolts. http://www.electrodyne.cc/Merchant2/...&Offset=20is to the actual page for you.

Fast shipping, to put it in perspective I paid on March 20th and already installed it, where as TTStuff I ordered stuff on 17 Feb and still haven't recieved it.

you do the math, won't be using TT Stuff anymore

Took me longer to take the belly pan off than to install the Dogmount.

It is a motor mount that takes some of the sway of the engine out. It makes the 1-2 shift better and also on the FWD's eliminates wheelhop, on the AWD i feel less of a pull to the right on the steering wheel under hard acceleration. It DOES however add a little resonance to the interior, but not much, I also can feel my car idling now as before I couldn't. It almost feels like a miss but it's fine and its just the solidifying of the mount.
