I agree with parts before the = sign but not sure about the 225 > STI with just tuning.
Got my G timer the other day and was able to one 5.7 and a couple of 5.8s 0 60 times with it. My tires have over 20,000 on them so a good set of tires should help some. Plus with the incoming intake and axle back I would think 5.65 with a good start. And if I can get enough free cash and get my LSD 5.5s should be no probs.

trust me, STI's are rockets, way out of league for a stock/chipped TT.
TT's are quick, maybe fast depending on how you look at it. STI's are Bloody Fast!
scubys are also geared even worse than our cars if I remember right. They may be quick, but they'll run out of steam sooner.
Know a guy here in VT with an tuned STi driveline in an older 2 door (Legacy?). It moves. Straight cut gears in all but overdrive, you can hear him coming from blocks away.
