Default X-Chip + Yellow Spring = :-D

I bought an extra giac'd ecu. My car wouldnt accept the ecu because of the IMMO, so I sent the two ecus out to tyrolsport to get swapped. They had excellent communication, and although they somehow switched the IMMO from the foreign ecu on to my native, they alerted me of the mistake before the package arrived, and paid for overnight both ways to fix it. I havent put in the ngk bkr6e's yet, or bought them or gapped them for that matter :-P, but hope to within the week. So far, the extra boost is showing up, though I have only had it up to like 15-17 psi, it is definelty peaking and holding at higher boost levels.

Your really should be using bkre7's and gapped to .028 with a 225. Glad you finally got everything worked out. Tyrolsport is a great company

That was a typo, I have the 6e's, I plan on buying the BKR7E's tonight and having them installed within the week , should be ok in the interim? I am happy to be driving the car again, though I cant really enjoy mine until you get to enjoy yours too, I feel your pain, albeit to a lesser extent [8D]

You will be fine running 6's in the meantime. My car should be up and running soon.
