Definitely do the DV as #1 (I used the Forge 007p) as you'll need it with the increased boost pressure.
With that speed, you'll want better handling and stopping ability- wheels, tires, brakes, coilovers....
and your engine shouldn't really need a FMIC with just a chip unitl you are either boosting really high (which will require a different tune and injectors, etc..) and/or replace your stock turbo with a BT.

so pretty much if i keep the stock turbo, i shouldt really do much else to the engine besides a chip and DV, and then just work on the suspension? these are all plans i have in the future anyway so im just trying to find the best order to get them in. if most people think a chip and DV will make me happy for a while then ill just end up doing that and getting a nice set of springs. are there any little things i should get while im at it like sparkplugs, injectors, things like that.

yeah, get NGK BKR7E spark plugs, and gap them to 0.028" once the chip is installed. Hopefully the coilpacks don't go on you right after the chip, mine didn't.

If you get a chip, make sure to pick up a DV and hook up that gauge your buddy has.

the stock ic heatsoaks with a chip. ANd there isnt a need for a larger injectors for a stock turbo tune

My oil temp dropped from 230 to 200 degrees with a new water pump that now has a properly installed belt. I wasn't aware that the chip really heatsinks the stock ic, but then again, I have only had it in since December and haven't had the opportunity to drive it when its 90-100* in the summer. Thanks for pointing that out Cincy, and I didn't mean to steer you wrong 01afour. Have fun with those mods, you'll love the chip.
