ORIGINAL: AteUrV8

i dont think you can throw down 300awhp reliably with a 1.8t and 4 grand, sorry but i just dont think so... the clutch would get fried instantly so theres at least 600 bucks if you buy smart and install smart..

the turbo itself is a grip of money plus intercooler, injectors, fuel pump, tuning, and hoping that when its all done your transmission doesnt blow and you have no boost leaks..
you are wrong on so many points that my head hurts..

there have been coutless 1.8t's throwing down 300+Awhp reliably.. Jeff(moderator) was one of them with 337Awhp..

many people have put down 320+Awhp on the GT2871r eliminator'swith mid to high 12 second passes.. theeliminatorkits can be had for way less than you can get a G2 for.. and you don't think you'll needa clutch for a supercharder? man you just keep topping the stupid remarks..

i know a lot of this from first hand experience. something im sure you don't have.. i have a buddy with a G2 supercharged A4 and he is uphappy with the power level hegot from it. he would only pull a few car lengths on my car and a chipped GTI would pull on him... sohe soldthe G2a few months back and is now currently building a single turbo setup for it which is costing way more money than you would ever spend on a 1.8t to get it into the 11's

that is all im going to get into right now as im tired and hung over.. but i could go on, and on, and on, proving every sentence you said is incorrect
