Default 0W20 in my B5 S4?

Thoughts? I feel like I'll be fine but I am incredibly paranoid about this car lol.

I have 7 quarts of Mobil 1 full synthetic for her, I live in North Carolina and tend to drive all over the country.

Personally I use something a bit higher (I run pennzoil ultra 5w40 Euro), I haven't heard anybody use 0w20 before, I would just stick in the 0-5w40 to be safe. And besides, if I remeber correctly, 0w20 is for fuel economy, not so much performance. But that's just my $.02

I can safely say you can pour 10w-30 into the car with no problems because I drove on Mobil 1 Full synthetic 10w-30 for an entire year.

Right now I am using Ravenol 5w-40 VPD. The oil is designed for diesels but I feel like my motor runs smoother on this oil.

One of my buddies with an S4 runs 5w-50 but I personally wouldn't recommend that.

If you have 7 quarts of 0-20, you could maybe use two qts of it and three of something thicker and blend it.

don't do it, youll leak from all 0ver ur ruin ur front and main crank seals and spew oil all over the place I would go as light as 5w40 like above said, but it depends on how many miles you have. if you have over 100k I would stay with 5w40 or even 10w40 if your car leaks at all. but fully synthetic all the way, I drive a 97 a4 with 243k on the clock no leaks, I run 10w40 liquid molly
