The best bit is that this is the SECOND A4 he's given me! The first one is a 98 TDi, which has now done 198k! that one cost me a text book (about £35!) Only had to replace discs & pads all round and rear calipers in the 2 years since getting it, and it returns 60+mpg!

Wish I could get my hands on one of them! I think the new A3s here have a TDi option, right guys?

Problem solved! The oil feed to the turbo had scome loose on its banjo, and the inlet pipe was all split etc. New pipe, bit of carb cleaner to get all sorted, and back on the road. Total cost - £50!

Keep an eye on your neighbor. If an RS6 shows up in his driveway it'd be worth it to loosen the lines on that car too, from the sounds of it
