Ok ive spent the last hour looking for some one running the magnaflow 14815 on a stock 1.8t. i wanted to find a clip to see what it sounds like or if there is a difference if i dont run a test pipe or increase the piping size. I just wanna get alittle more sound out of it.

Planning to do a test pipe but probably not till after i do my next emissions (i think february) which is way down the road.

so any help would be awesome or links to clips.

*did find a few but they have resonator deletes and i heard the drone is terrible so i dont even wanna try it...

I dont have a video. I have a 14816 on a 1.8t and it will sound exactly the same unless you get a new resonator too. Or have no resonator.

 

wow that sucks... i thought for sure thered be some difference... maybe ill just wait to get it on later then after i find a good vibrant res.

 

remove the res and go with that muffler. That would sound good!

 

No res is for ricers. Do you want quality exhaust or one that sounds like loud *** rice crispies after you pour the milk. Get the vibrant res and 14815 or 6 and it will sound nice.

 

Yea it's a no go on the res delete due to highway drone... I have the 14815 and was gonna get it put on today but I'll just hold till I have a res as well any recommendations?
