I replaced the cam chain tenisor, drove for about 5 miles then diead, turns over timming belt is good, cam chain still there. I broke the tool, so im holding on working on it till i get a new one or enginer a new one with the allen bolt in cam with. I cant let it go like that, i mean i have 280k miles on it. Got alot of time in the driverseat, you know. Need help on fixing it.

 

NO help or input, still waiting on my sensor. The Fuel pump is priming, Just not getting any spark to the pugs.

 

Did it run fine before you replaced the tensioner? How did it run for the 5 miles after replacing it?

 

It ran fine before, had a leak on the halfmoon, spark plugs were filling with oil. With the milage it has, i figured for more millage i would change the CCT. It ran fine, Picked up speed like before, I died when i hit a stupid manhole in the street. It shook then car just died. My camsensor should be here monday.

 

Well maybe it's just the sensor. Since that's the code you're getting and you've got it ordered, I'd think you might be on track.
