Ok so Currently trying to rectify this fault with a customers car. Car is getting a strong spark and is getting plenty of fuel. any ideas chaps?

Hehe. 1.6 this is europe haha , they have 1.3 there to

 

right so after investigating the distributor cap contacts were black. so i need to replace that. also the rotor arm is siezed on....any suggestions on removal? Car is gettin plenty of fuel to the rail.....this really has me baffled any help would be greatly appreciated.

Getting fuel to the rail doesn't mean that the fuel injectors are actually firing. Do you have a tester for the fuel injector? They make a great one that clips in between the wiring harness and fuel injector and it lights up with every pulse of the injector. Very handy.
