Hi I have a 1999 1.8 20v A4 (apt eng:code). Have had a new Lambda sensor fitted to pass mot and have checked the air mass flow meter and it seems to be working ok. Problem i have had since owning the car is one minute it runs with all its horse power the next it runs like half of the horse power and it runs very smoothly. Can anyone please point me in the right direction cause it doin my head in. Dont want to pay those rip off audi dealers just to stick it on plug in detector, although i might have to.Its an intermittent problem so could it possibly a sensor to the ecu or something kie that. APT is a non turbo'd 1,8 correct? manual or automatic?
