Hi all Newbie here and just bought an 1999 a4 estate 1.8, guys few points i cant figure and searched through the forum,
when i lock my car indicators dont flash and when i unlock they flash twice is this normal??
The interior lights come on when i unlock the car and work when i switch to on position when i put it to the middle setting the lights should come on when the doors open, none of the doors activate the lights or the little red lights on the doors for lighting the path (unless i have just unlocked) car locks and unlocks when using the key fob
Finally there is a button beside the drivers handle that is meant to lock all doors, that works fine when i have no key in igntion, once i start the car or have the igntion lights on this button will not work lock/unlock the doors
Also when i activate the alarm there is no sound just flashing lights
