HI new to all this but can anyone hellp?????? Ive got a 1999 s4 b5 2.7 tarbo and all that 
but my fuel gauge has F**K up 
one sec it works
then it dont
ANY IDEAS PLEASE AND CHEAP FIX?????????? Need to save money for more BHP

Yea there's a pretty common failure in the sending unit. Will cost maybe $1 to fix. Here's a DIY. I had to do mine last winter and didn't burn up my gas first. No big deal but you reach your bare arm into a tank of 10 degree fluid...you will be cold!!!
