Did steadily decline to 2 PSI or did it happen all of a sudden? Did you try removing your ECU and then reinstalling it?

Im not sure if it happened all of a sudden because my gauge broke and I had to wait along time for a new one but, I did erase all fault codes with my vag-com which should have theoretically reset it.

that new DV... you install that recently? Sure you installed all the hoses back correctly?

Where are yuou reading 2 psi? Your Vag-Com or the boost gauge?

yeah everythings on right, and I thought it might be the gauge so I checked it with a controled pressure(shop compressor) up too 15 psi and i used a tire pressue gauge to make sure they were similar which they are give or take 1 psi. Also it reads vaccum accuratly too.

anyone know how to test the waste gate?

What kind of ECU do you have? M box? they have a reputation for going bad. See if you can find another one to put in your car to test it.

Can you VAG it can list the codes you get? I think it could be possible that an ABS failure might cause limp mode. I have heard of it happening.

Have you tried a throttle body adaptation?
