yeah i would go add as much more gas as you can ASAP.

thinking about the situation, it could be the lucas works too well and it's cleaning the crap from your fuel filter into your engine. just a possibility.

Lucas is supposed to be good stuff. I've used it plenty of times.

I went through 2 bottles of Chevron Techron and a bottle of seafoam (not all at the same time) in my tank with no issues.

I think this happened to me in a thread I started a little while back. Smoke was coming out of the muffler like crazy when I got close to being empty. I just used a Shell fuel injector cleaner. After I got gas, it went away and it never happened again.
