You really don't have any idea what you're doing... Start on the internet and get a little wiser.
for 300 whp think about a new turbo, garret gtrs eliminator for example, you'll need new injectors, 440CC or sth, off course the new exhaust (at least 2,5" is advisable), diverter valve, other exhaust manifold, intercooler set with silicone pipes, other clutch set, lighter flywheel, and things i did forget.
That would bring you somewhere about 300 bph.
Don't forget: Your brakes are worthless with that setup. Sou you'll have to invest some quite some more money in new brake calipers, disks, etc.
It's a project that requires some knowledge, quite some money and lots of time if it's your first time.
This is the part I'm not sure about, I don't know if the original rods can handle that power (especially in case of a misfire)...
