I have done some digging and asked around but I have had no luck in finding the answer to my question. The 2.8 has 2 different style cylinders. 1 has an oil line that oils the bearings for the camshafts and 1 doesn't. Design and fitment wise other than the oil line and the slightly different exhaust cam bearing can one replace the other without issue? I have a 1998 a4 2.8 Quattro AHA. Mine has the cylinder head with the oil line and I have a head that doesn't have this oil line. I plan on doing both heads and want to know if I can swap them out with the heads that don't have the oil line. This is the part number I have for the head that I plan on swapping in. 078103373AH
