Car: 98 audi a4 1.8t
Problem: Every time i start my car it starts at a little bit below 12 and my turbo won't kick in until i set on the gas enough to have the 12v go up to 14.5+. Also it has been idling up and down(Hiccuping) at stop signs not erratically but enough to notice. as well as the turbo wouldn't kick in randomly. I was thinking my battery could be at fault.
Also i've notice sometimes when i'm driving and the turbo or something looses power three random warning lights cut on

Test Done:
turned the car on and rev it to 16v and unhooked the battery (works fine)
