No it does not appear that you have the sport model... but i havent driven it obviously
There are codes in many places on the car that can tell you if you want to know for sure.

If the tire is roughly 1.5-3.5 inches from the wheel well its a sport.
If you can fit your head in between the tire and the wheel well then its a nonsport.
(probably 4-6 inches) There are lots of pics on here(wheels and suspension thread)

Pop the trunk, remove the carpet, pull out the spare, look at the label inside the car and it will have a bunch of codes. Those codes tell you everything you need to know about your car.

My 99.5 sport package came with the standard ugly 15s I believe they were.
