Default 99 A4 VR6 Motor and Trans mount installation

Hello,
I'm going to help my nephew install new motor and transmission mounts this weekend. I'm a fairly mechanical type, but this is not my car nor have I had a look at it. Any good estimates on the amount of time this DIY job would take assuming all goes well? I have a full garage of tools, jacks, lifts, etc.. Any tricks or tips would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd

add a turbo

034 Motorsports would be the best people to get in touch with, since they were the first to do it. I wish you were my uncle.

He's not doing a VR6 swap lol, he meant to say V6 I believe.

Its not bad, might take a couple hours for the first timer.

The vr6 install is much more than a weekend project. Its definitely not a bolt in type of deal. Imo you're looking at closer to a month at the quickest.

Does he already have all necessary parts for the swap?

Thanks for the replies - is the Audi A4 6 cylinder not the VW VR6 engine? I've already purchased the mounts for him from AutohausAZ (where I buy all my BMW stuff).

Just looked it up. Looks like it is not a VR6. Learn something every day. A couple of hours sounds good.
Thanks
