I have an audi A4 97 I have a problem my wipers won't squirt water but the lil pumps do squirt water on my headlights what can the problem be?

 

First and foremost, please use relevant titles when posting, it makes it easier for us to get a feel for your question.

Your wiper lines are either clogged up, or are broken somewhere, trace them back and see what you find. Look for debris in the nozzle or in the tank as well

 

Could also be the pump for the windshield washers, it's attached to the washer fluid reservoir. They have a tendancy to crack and pump fluid out all over the place instead of onto your windshield
