Does the car start to make any noises before the clutch goes out?

you gott a be more specific, such as what kinda of noise, what kinda of engine, mileage, location of noise.

a high Pitch noise when ever the engine is at low rpms. 2.8 quatro. 101k and right in front next to the fan belt

Your belts are probably loose. Does it sound like it's squealing?
