Question A4 B5 1.8t ecu faulty or grounding issue?

I can't diagnos problem with A4 B5 1.8t. I was driving the other day... shifted to third and it backfired when I let off too shift. Now it idles like a dragster and threw a ton of codes. I checked with my torque app via blue tooth. No vacuum reading nor afr calculated, no maf reading.. and other stuff not working as well. I assume the ecu is toast.. but why does it drive but just ruff. The wiring loam looks great and it only has 120k. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
