A4 B5 2.8 12v V6 - How Many Catalytic Converters?

How many catalytic converters do these cars have, and where are they located on the exhaust?

Are there two, or one?

You have 2. One on the right side , one on the left & they are located after the exhaust manifolds.

two!! and they're located under the car approximately where your legs are

and thats what they look like... those two big things .. hope that helps.
