After doing an oil change I have water coming out the exhause and oil in my coolant, I searched the forums and found out that it is most likely the oil cooler.

Where is the best place to get one, and do I need to flush the block somehow, (to get the water out of the oil passages) I know I will need to flush the coolant system

eBay and amazon would be the cheapest places to find used and new ones. If no luck there, try ecstuning.com and mjmautohaus.com.

Just flush the coolant as normal and you may have to do a couple oil changes to get all the water out.
