yeah i see what your sayin bout the stock suspension. but two things, 1 civics are even worse at turning then an audi on stock suspension (not to mention half the 'hooked up' civic i see have cut springs) and 2, i would get this car sideways if i had to ,to beat a civic haha. you should see some of the roads i tear up around here. thats all i do when i have free time is practice on these roads, which have crazy turns and elevation changes and everything.

 

i had two civics, 1990 1.5 and 1.6 sohc, no vtec, manual trans, they had amazing acceleration, the one with 1.6 especially.
today i have 1997 a4 1.8t quattro stockand 1992 honda accord 2.0 stock, both automatic. acceleration almost the same, but quattro will beat honda because of handling while turning.

the only thing i admit is that honda is damn f....ing reliable, there were very old, but i had no problems with them. they were built for life and extreem drive. this audi suck with its every day problems, but its comfort and quattro system make you feel free and calm despite road and wheather conditions.

 

The GF's 01 civic EX has 212k miles on it and the only major thing was a used tranny swap. I will admit the car with an auto is slow as hell, but a manual does make more enjoyable.

 

hahahaha mugen moter with a nissan turbo.. rofl. GT28's are about the only thing worth it.
