Bolt pattern should be the same, the issue (if any) would be width, offset, and ride height. My guess is offset is somewhere in the 40's, width would be at least 8.5." What suspension are you running?

Are we talking OEM ones? There are OEM and some replica ones. Replica ones having different ET than OEM ones.

If they are OEM, I believe they are 19X8 with ET 45. I could be wrong on the ET but it's somewhere around there. You may need spacers up front to clear the inner. Other than that, you should be good to go.

Could someone please explain what "offset" is? I've read a few threads on wheels around here, but I still don't understand what offset is.

Offset is the measurement of how far the mounting surface is off set from the center line of the wheel. Hence the name

This should help:

Its important because when fitting wheels that weren't designed for your car, width and offset can cause clearance issues with suspension components.

Thanks, CCA4. I still didn't quite get it, so I googled and this pic was easy enough for my small brain to understand.

Depends on the look you're going for I suppose. The Brabus wheels you posted are more sporty looking IMO, especially being 18" as opposed to 19". I'm not a huge fan of either style, though I have seen those A8 wheels on a B6 and they looked sick as hell
