Default ABS

Hello,

My ABS and brake light came on simutanelously. I went to a dealership and they said I have to replace my ABS, which will come out close to a $1,000. Does anyone know where I could send in my ABS module to get fixed instead of getting it replaced, which is a lot more expensive?

PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Send it to module master. Its just your ABS module that costs $240 total. **** all over the dealer, they're a bunch of ******. You can do this yourself in about 30 mins. I sent mine in for my A6.

^+3 im sending mine there... and to be in your best interest dont ever send your car to the dealership... Seriously ever... you will get raped every time. Best thing to do is to learn your car yourself! if not look up a local shop (preferably bosch certified) but any will save you tons of money... If you have any problems and you work on it yourself, get on here 1st. search then if still ?????'s then post...

I'm with Dave on this. Try cleaning the wheel sensors and reset
the codes.
