When i brake slowly till o the brakepedal goes a bit up an down and make a metal noice somtimes the abs bulb turns on and left red light flashing
What wil that be

 

This sounds like a bad ABS sensor on one of your hubs.

 

Agreed ^^. Or it could just be a sensor not positioned close enough to the ring.

With VAG-COM you can read the fault code in the ABS module, to find out which wheel sensor is causing the problem. Often this issue can come up after suspension/brake work has been done.
