abs module repair.

Default abs module repair.

where do you guys send your modules to get repaired. mines locking me out of being able to scan for codes.

i got mine done from ian... k0mpressed, but he is mia.... all you need to do is take it out, resolded the broken solder and silicone it back

wait a second your saying that i can do this without sending it away. i read like diys on it and they all send them away, but where they send them away to always tells me that they cant repair it.

mine was beeping and i sent it to kompressed, he opened it re-soldered it, and it works fine... you can send it to me and i can see if i can fix it, if i can you pay me, if not you jsut pay for it to be shipped.... but if you can solder, you can do it

Aren't those surface soldered? If so you're going to need more than basic soldering knowledge. If not go for it. Some basic skills, solder braid, flux and solder should be all you need.

to be honest i never looked in mine... but if it started again, i would be more than willing to dive in and try...... or are you talking about the case that is soldered?...if that is what your asking no....

it is the inside connections that break

no surface soldering is a technique used in many circuit boards
