adhesive for door handle cover?

The drivers door handle cover fell off. (2000 a4) It looks like it was held on by an adhesive pad. Any suggestions for that adhesive? Also, the face of my dash cup holder came off. Adhesive for that? Thanks

I've got a 2000 a4 and I used super glue on both problems. be careful not to get super glue on the handle paint. have paint thinner right there to use as cleaner just in case.
