air conditioning fan won't stop
Hi, i have an Audi A4 2.8 1998 and the A/C fan wont stop, there is this plug under the PS pump cover that i unplug and replug when i turn on/off the car, what to do? please help?
Yeah I figured thats the one you were talking about. The fan on the right is mechanically driven, would be tough for that to stay on after you turn the car off
I dunno that changing the fan will do much for you though. What I was thinking is that there's probably a relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment for that fan that's stuck closed, allowing the fun to run all the time. Lemme fiddle around and see if i can find a wiring diagram for that...

alright, thanks alot man, right now i unplugged some wires under the power steering pump cover that powers it, its unplugged and i run the car without that plugged in, i dont run the AC though, i just hope im not messing anything up by leaving it unplugged.
