I own a 2001 Audi A4 and I have a problem with both alarm and the remote, maybe the remote issue is part of the alarm.

Firstly, I can access "Central Locking" through vag-com and program the control module the way I want it (doors locking at 15mph etc); I used the 16140 code for programming. When I lock the car from the outside the alarm beeps and the alarm light starts flashing, but when I put my hand through an open window the alarm is not triggered; the sensitivity of the alarm is at 95%. I ran the output test which gave the following results: alarm horn went off, interior alarm was set, but I could not trigger it with motion.

Secondly, I had one remote and was not able to program it through the vag-com because when I tried doing it like the Ross-Tech website says the channels 01 and 21 were not available. So I purchased another remote from Audi and tried programming them using the other procedure that requires both remotes. However, I'm not able to program them and when I try to reset back to factory setting either using vag-com or the keys method, it
does not work.

Could it be the problem with the alarm module or the central locking module?

Also, I cannot access the "Immobilizer" on the vag-com. I checked all the fuses already and they are all fine. What could be the issue with that?
