Nice ride aledelic, I'm particularly interested in the city lights you said your headlights came with. What are these and how does it look. I cannot find one good picture of car showing these on. I understand it's a European thing?

Yes, my depo headlights have the option of adding city lights to them, they are just like the oem valeo ecodes. I use LEDs for city lights. City lights just give the headlights a glowing effect, not meant to output light. I quickly took some dark garage pictures for you.

My friend and I got bored today and decided to take car pics....

 

Your car looks great man. Why are you selling the celebrations?

And no offense, but your car next to your buddy's Volvo makes the Volvo look even uglier than it is. It's like the ugly fat sister that jumped in the pic at the last minute.

 

Thanks! Selling the celebrations because 225 is too wide for my low and I don't want to roll the fenders enough to make them work. Lol no offense taken, I don't really like how any volvos look, especially at that height.. He's done a bunch of engine stuff and a turbo swap so it's pretty quick and I guess makes up for it.



They don't look bad low though I like how our cars look much newer than they are, mine's two years older than the volvo..

 

Thanks aledelic, those pictures are great! I can see why people put those city lights on, they look nice. Now I know what a Civic that drove by me had the other day. His lights had a glowing effect to them and it was daytime. By the way, is your car Santorin Blue - LZ5K? If so, do you know of any good places in Maine to get a front bumper and hood in that color?

 

It's europa blue, LZ5T (I think..). Santorin started in 98. Either way I have no idea of any good places in Maine for anything.. Check part outs and junkyards?

I know I gave you ish for trying to sell your rims in that other thread the other day, but I want to do everything you've done to your car to mine. Minus the low low low. I want to go low, but yours is too low for my taste. I love the headlights and taillights, it's clean and simple but looks badass. My car is the same color too. I think we're the same age also...

 

We should probably trade trunk lids. I'll give you my redded 97 taillights too!
