Default All Season Tires????

Trying to find a nice set of A/S tires.....I live in PA but travel all over the New England area so im looking for a good balance. Something quiet on the road but still snow worthy. There are so many different reviews and prices!!! Please help......Here is a couple I have been checking out.....235/45/17
P.S.- IMO directionals are NOT the way to go, what do you think????? -Thanks

I have ASX's from Khumo and they work great in all weather. They are have gotten the TT (fwd) out of some nasty weather from heavy rain to 4"+ of snow.

Unidirectional are on all the nicer tires and dont have any real downside.

Goodyear eagle F1 ftw. Great dry grip and steering response, but where they really shine is in the wet. Check out the comparison tests and reviews at tirerack.

president le is what i have. if you pass susquehana anytime, there's a place called tj's tires where they sell used tires for extremely cheap. the tires usually have 75% left on them. i took my dad's highlander down there and got a set of bridgestone duelers 225/70/16 is the size i believe and they installed them for 170 out the door. well i wouldn't recommend them installing the tires for you but they sell them cheap. their number is 570 879 8090. call them first to make sure they have the ones you have first b4 making a trip there, also find a shop that will put them on for you.
