Ambient Temp Gauge Acting Flakey
 
Occasionally, the ambient temperature gauge goes way off, like showing -20 degrees when it's 75 out. This is throwing off the cabin climate control. Any ideas diagnosing the problem? Thanks

To be a little more specific, the ambient temp sensor is the likely cause of your issues. The sensor should be clipped to a plastic bracket on the end of your power steering cooler, the looped metal tube visible in front of your AC condenser, which is in front of your radiator. Start by wiggling the connector to see if it's just loose. If that doesn't fix the problem you may need to replace the sensor.
