Default Coolant leak still...on rear of engine...Any Help?

Hey folks, I still have that coolant leak in the pix above. Can anyone tell me what this part is? Is it a hose clamp? Is it part of the hose?

it's the coolant flange as already mentioned. Audi sells it for $30 or so...very simple install.

I had this issue a couple weeks ago and I thought it was the heater hose so I actually ripped it apart and made a bypass temporarily till I realized that it wasn't the hose. I looked into it more and found a crack in the flange. As already mentioned, this is a very common problem. You don't want to be replacing those freakin hoses (very expensive!!!).
