Default anyone know of..

a good ground area in a 98 1.8t?

been looking for hours and can't come up with one that works..

preferably in the trunk or close to it

there are 4 tie down points in the trunk, i ran a wire between two of them and then to my amp and got a perfect ground. just get some large crimp on cable eyes.

are you talking about the tie downs for the trunk liner?

im running my ground wire to the bolts holding the trunk liner horse shoe looking things(idk what they are called) just unscrew the bolt and throw it under there and its been a great ground for me or ground it to the seatbelt assembly (from what i hear)

thats what i was talking about. there are 4 chrome tie down loops to secure stuff in the trunk or to hook the cargo net onto, i just used those.
