So I have a 00 A4 1.8t 135,000 with koni coilovers, not sure how long they have been on the car. It's to the point where i drive on the freeway and it's like a boat ride every little bump, at times i almost bounce out off my seat and it seems really unsafe. so i just want to get everyones two cents about this issue.

 

i dont exactly know what your asking. if they are coilovers then you can adjust them to your liking unless the shocks are leaking. how many miles are on them? do you know what they are supposed to feel like?

 

as for the miles i'm not sure bought the car with them on, and i've put on 20,000. well when i first got the car they weren't so bouncy. when i'm on the freeway and the road is wavy the front of the car bounces up and down for a short period of time.
