Default ATW 1.8t misfire. Help!!!

Random misfire in cyl 1,2,4. Also a vag told me I have a maf code.... Low reading or something? I'll post the actual codes when I scan it again.
Changed spark plugs.
Changed ignition coils
Changed air box(maf and all)
Idles fine but feels like there is a lack of power at low end torque
Boosting at 6-7 psi, normal boost is 9-10 psi.
The day it all started, boost gauge wasnt reading vacuum nor boost for about 20 minutes. Read normal again before I could figure it out. A wire pulled out of The maf connector on the harness. Spliced in a new connector with butt connectors. And lastly, when I attempted to remove the cat from the turbo, one of the intake manifold bolts broke off, but other 2 bolts are tight. Any ideas?
Gonna solder the wires for the maf connector to ensure a good connection. But other than that, I'm lost. Any other thoughts or things to check?

I'm fighting the same codes right now, but with no symptoms, so what's the common factor?

I've changed plugs, coil packs, fuel pump relay, vacuum hoses.

I'm running out of ideas before I get to the ECU.

Coil pack harness would be my guess.

I got to the bottom of this yesterday (after I installed new coil packs).

It's the upstream O2 sensor.

Upstream 02 is common. Mine was just a bad connection with the harness. I fixed mine
