That is the standard Manual procedure for many makes and models. That is a little different than most Autos I have dealt with. Live and learn.

No, I mean like auto transmission cars other than Audis.

 

First thing I would do it hook a fuel pressure gauge to it.... Weak fuel pumps will still allow car to run but they get hot/cold they just dont have the pressure and FI cars needs lots of pressure. Prob go rent a kit at an auto store for free....

 

UPDATE:

Its finally at the mechanics, and i ran EVERYTHING you guys thought of to the mechanic.

The first person that mentioned the idea that fixed my car is getting my 20$ (woohoo)

 

Are you sure its the relay? Fuel pumps tend to click when they go bad. Do a fuel pressure test, make sure your getting constant, correct fuel pressure.
Guessing that the hesitation could be due to not enough fuel geting trough the system. Also check/change fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator.
